We ate at the location downtown a few years ago and loved it. We were driving home from SD and had been in the car 11 hours on our way to MS and were looking forward to reliving the experience. The host seated us, barely speaking and didn't offer a high chair. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to our table or brought us water. A couple came in after we did and were helped. What Don S doesn't like about Brgr Kitchen:
Food is great but service is unacceptable. Was at the bar and the bartender didn't even look to see if we needed another drink. After getting his attention a couple of times, the last 15 minutes were enough. I too it to the 2 managers. Worst experience eating out ever. That's saying a lot after living in Montana.

Food was amazing, my “new brg” was perfectly cooked and the fries were crisp!
Decent but overpriced. $11 a burger before sides and a drink.
Such a good burger. The cocktail I ordered was super tasty as well.
