Unfortunately, the experience was a... read more Today, I visited the shopping center with my family and decided to try some salad sandwiches at Sandwich Chefs Pran Central. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. When we opened our sandwiches, the bread immediately fell apart—it was so stale, dry, and clearly old that we couldn’t even take a bite. We approached the staff to complain and hoped for a refund or a replacement, but the employees were rude and refused to help. To make matters worse, one worker laughed in the back while we were trying to resolve the issue. The quality of the food was terrible, and the customer service was shockingly bad. I highly advise against coming here unless you want stale sandwiches and rude treatment. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The staff member preparing it was polite and mentioned they needed to take some photos of the sandwich bar, which was totally fine. However, they then touched their phone with their gloves on and didn’t change them afterward. While waiting for my toastie to toast, they made another sandwich wearing the same gloves, handled multiple surfaces including food, door handles, and the payment machine without changing gloves. I’m giving three stars because they were friendly and the toastie was tasty, but I probably won’t return. The menu offered some variety, though the quality did not meet expectations.
