Was Pierce Treutel at Saigon Rose a mag?
I have visited many Vietnamese restaurants, but I had a fantastic time with my friends and enjoyed the most delicious Vietnamese dishes at Saigonrose. I highly recommend it. View all feedback.
What Beth Beier dislikes about Saigon Rose:
food was nice, spent $30 on rice prawn dish and pork vermicelli dish, I got short changed on the vermicelli dish, rung the manager and asked if 4 small pieces of meat was the norm and they said yes......mind u this would be 4 pieces of meat the size of a 20 cent coin, so very disappointed to say.. manager never offered to fix this problem and never offered to replace or supply me for what I paid for....they don't see... Many years since I have been here but to my surprise same family same menu Slightly modified a same friendly service The first time I had soft shell crab
Same prices and quality as victoria street but much closer to home and a nicer decorService was a lot less Germanic than Richmond too.
Saigon Rose is an unassuming Vietnamese restaurant down the Prahran end of Chapel Street.
I've only ever ordered takeaway from here, and Saigon Rose does some of the most delicious Vietnamese food I've tasted in Melbourne. Their curries are packed with delicious ingredients and every mouthful is full of a burst of flavours. While I can't pass comment on their venue or service, I can't speak highly enough of the food!
