I visited this place and had a disappointing experience with customer service. I arrived around 9:35 PM, although the place closes at 10 PM. The lady serving refused to sell me marquesitas, claiming that they were already closing. This is the second time I have encountered this situation. Also, when I ordered a frappe, the lady started talking about how they didn't have ingredients for marquesitas, like strawberry or Philadelphia, without even asking what I wanted to order first. In general, the service was terrible and the attitude of the person serving at the Guadalupe Avenue branch was unprofessional. Due to this bad experience, I do not plan to return.
