Disappointing breakfast for €10 per person/day, industrial rusks, cold toast and industrial cake, a smell of tripe present in a staircase A rather decent lunch, some products are very good and traditional. Very good meal with very welcoming guests who explain all dishes and how to cook. We had fun! (Velouté de courge servi en amuse bouché, pied de pig crispy, steak Aubrac to fall with its aligot and perfect for the caramel salt butter with its nut crust and its green apple count)
