I've been a customer for years, I've never had the slightest complaint, all the waitres are very nice, carmen, dyna, mikaela, and the rest in general, the worst, some customers or clients who think they are special, missing about the employees, and seeing him full local are with a glass of water looking at the clients who are waiting for a table. Tanto las porras como los churros son los de toda la vida. Si visitas Madrid merece la pena pasar a desayunar o merendar para conocerlo. Both porras and churros are the ones I had when I was a kid. If you visit Madrid, it's well worth stopping for breakfast or a snack to get to try it.
Good place for a drink of beer, wine or coffee and a quick bite. Reasonable prices. Good churros!
A line at 9:00 AM but went quickly. You know it's good when there's a line early morn...
Just worst customer service ever. Asked for a “toastada” they brought us a badly cut minuscule slice of stale bread. Told the waiter that this was not right, she replied “it is what it is” “es lo que hay”
Preview what happened with Mr. Hugo and Mr. Carlitos and I can say that toast breakfast costs €2.90 including coffee. Maybe they thought twice more about their state of drunkenness, as they threw up the entire terrace and didn't stop asking for alcohol. thanks to the girls who work there and kindly told them to leave so they wouldn't bother the other customers who wanted to enjoy their breakfast. These gentlemen went bad and screamed. It's a shame the googlee can't check out these criticisms that people put to hurt and that they're a lie. it is certainly a place of reference in pozuelo for many years, and it will remain because both the product and the waitress care a lot for the customers.
