Great little caffe, food good quality and good value, coffee very friendly. highly recommended! we use this caffe every time we visit a welsh bath

I feel strong that a contribution here who criticized this beautiful little caffe was not as we found our visit. they are friendly and helpful, even gave our dog a cookie look. eating was hot, roasted sandwiches, and very nice with a lot of filling. the tee for two was good, even a crippled hot water that is not always done is delivered. since everyone was left free and cleaned, it was sprayed clean. we felt it was a good value for money. well done to see you again.

We use this caffe regularly, its food is fresh and always tasty. it has 2 toilets and baby change facilities that we use when we have our enkel. the personal is always smiling and friendly and they can have fun more banishing with them. it's not. an almost food restaurant, so I expect a delay in keeping my food, especially when it is busy. but otherwise it's not long to wait, but I know his cooked fresh for me. there is also a beautiful selection of cakes and snacks. hidden in the back roads of puzzle square its one has to do when they visit weber

Just popped in for my lunch to find a new special on the board Hunter’s Chicken Burger. Not only that but I had it personally delivered to my shop by Simon. The service at The Monkey Puzzle cannot be beaten no matter how busy...and run off their feet they are. My must have favourites are: The Breakfast Wrap Sausage and egg bap Jacket potato with cheese and beans Lasagne and garlic bread Fishfinger sandwich And at Christmas time their tasty “Festive Bap” with all the trimmings. We are so lucky to have such a great independent cafe on our doorstep.

When walking past it looked like a lovely cafe however when we sat down and ordered we found a coating of dust of the dado rails next to our table, the toilet had a weird smell of dampness, there was dust all over the skirting...boards and dust in the top of the toilet lid. (However it wasnt a urine smell and no urine stains in sight, must be the only good thing out of our visit food arrived, sausages were out of a frozen bag as if they were sainsburys basics, bacon was tough, the lasagne tasted really fatty however it was homemade but a frozen one would of tasted nicer compared to this, ordered a Brie bacon and cranberry sandwich on brown bread however it came out on white bread. Also the tea was too weak stirred and stirred the pot so I dread to think that the tea bags were re-used or there really really cheep. We were greeted nice by waiter, wait was too long, price was too high especially for the standard. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN FOR TWO REASONS, HYGIENIC REASONS AND REALLY POOR FOOD. How can you mess a pot of tea up

Nestled in the back roads of Puzzle Square, this independent café offers a charming atmosphere enhanced by friendly staff and an inviting outdoor space. Diners rave about freshly prepared meals, from hearty breakfasts to satisfying sandwiches, complemented by high-quality coffee and imaginative specials. However, experiences can be hit or miss, with occasional complaints about food temperature and cleanliness. While some patrons enjoy delightful service and tasty dishes, others express concerns over hygiene and consistency, suggesting that quality can vary. Overall, this café remains a beloved spot for many, combining good food with a warm, community-focused vibe.
