Service was friendly beers were kept well. We had a really nice experience.

Better than the other places we’ve tried in the local area. Vegetarian options looked good too.

The... read more Turned up late for Sunday service with 1 coeliac in tow .. they accommodated us admirably. The chef came out to discuss options and the food was delicious. The service was great. The atmosphere was lovely and the pub was full of all ages.. and dogs! There was a live band playing (not loud enough to stop conversation) and we’d go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

The King prawn curry is served in a scooped out pineapple and looks amazing. The bar serves a great selection of beers and wine. Definitely a place to return to.

Had many choices on the menu that would have been wonderful but had a chicken/leek pie and fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce that was the best ever! Both excellent choices. Cold beer and lots of locals.. Always a good sign!
