Called there today for Sunday lunch, lucky I had booked as all the tables were taken and after having our lunch we could see why. My wife had the pork and I had the turkey. Moist freshly cooked meat, loads of veg and everything fresh and tasty. I would recommend and we will be back
A cozy restaurant serving well cooked meals. The staff are polite and efficient, making sure you’re attended to but not bothered. They also have a reasonable drinks menu. The real star of the show is the food an extensive menu all very well cooked and generously portioned. Great for couples or a big meal with family and friends. Booking is a must!
If you're a bit fed up with the same old food being served in pubs and restaurants try this venue. Superbly cooked food, lovely friendly service, big range of choices, all different to the normal stuff. Can't fault it. I had seabass which was cooked to perfection, great veg accompaniments. I had a taste of my friend's whisky sauce and it was beautiful. Will definitely be returning.
The food was varied with large portions. Service could have been improved slightly. Overall, it was a pleasant evening.
Wonderful food, the best menu I have seen for ages, beautifully made. Excellent service, friendly, unhurried, great atmosphere. 100% impressed. Just wish we lived nearer!
