Well presented and delicious. Staff are friendly and chatty. Highly recommended if you are peckish whilst in Welshpool.

A local recommended The Bay Tree as a unique option compared to the chain restaurants on the main street. And let me tell you, it was a fantastic suggestion! The staff were incredibly friendly and effortlessly met our needs. The decor downstairs was quirky and fun, while the upstairs had an elegant, contemporary twist on art deco. The food was amazing - we shared Welsh rarebit and parmesan truffle oil sweet potato fries, along with two Americano coffees. Everything was delicious, and we have no doubt we will be back when we're in the area again.
