We had the vegetarian platter... read more We visited whilst staying in the Welshpool area during half term. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was superb. We had the vegetarian platter and meat samosa to start, followed by a lamb tikka main and a chicken tikka achari. All the sundries naan, rice, poppadoms all wonderful. Definitely worth a visit!

Not as much meat as if we had s... read more Had a takeaway for three using an old menu. Supposed to be 10% off but when checked against the new menu there was no reduction. Not as much meat as if we had sat in the restaurant and £4.10 for cauliflower bhajee was excessive. Never again.

However, after being asked to wait an... read more On New Year's Eve, despite the busy holiday, I called in for a takeout order and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. However, after being asked to wait and told it wouldn't be much longer, I ended up waiting an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes. Talking to others in the restaurant, I learned they had experienced the same long wait. The staff continued to take phone orders, inaccurately telling customers it would only be an hour wait. Additionally, there were concerns about social distancing as the restaurant seemed to have a large number of people crowded around the counter.
