Order pretzel bites and bacon and it took 30 minutes just to get the pretzel bite and they said the bacon was not done so asked for a refund and they said we would have a bar credit. Hello o Lu been twice and both times service was very bad and will never go back! View all feedback.
Amazing pizza! My family has tried it twice now, and we absolutely love it! I will definitely keep coming back for more! Food rating: 5/5
First off, the bartender didn't know how to make a Tom Collins, which was disappointing. On top of that, she tried to charge my father for three drinks when he only had two. My girlfriend's pizza was an unfortunate mess; it was burnt on the outside but somehow still raw on the inside. She even had to grab some paper towels to clean off the grease. On a positive note, the atmosphere was lovely, thanks to the live singer. I've visited other Shordy locations and had great experiences, but this one just seems to have ongoing issues.
Best pizza in the area hands down. High quality cheese and ingredients with fair prices.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is fantastic, and I can confidently say that the pizza is the best in Powell and the surrounding areas. Tonight (June 10, 2023), I was warmly welcomed by the sweetest young lady at the host stand. It was a delightful experience to enter a place and be greeted by someone so friendly, who genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. That's a rarity these days!
