Pizza Hut - Powell

I love the pizza and the delivery service is always on time. We use them frequently. I didn't give them 5 stars because they couldn't always get the order right.

Ordered from a few times.. this time the delivery guy shorted me change. When I called about my $15 the guy had lied and said I gave him a $20 tip. Why would anyone do that for a $28.00 order? Complete scumbag. We will never order from them again. They did have someone else bring me change. But what kind of person does that on purpose? Probably some junkie thief. And the pizza was horrible.

2 hr wait for order despite being told 20 min. Mgr blamed waiting customers for not knowing better and called coworkers retards. After the wait, pizza was over-cooked and wings were under-cooked. I 'll drive to any other Pizza Hut than go back.

Staff isn’t good. We ordered our pizza and then got put on hold. A lady answered the phone and re took our order. When we asked her what was going on she completely ignored our question. The pizza was very bad and dry. I would go elsewhere. It’s not Pizza Hut that’s not good it’s the people that run this location.

Out of all the pizza joints in Powell this one is BY FAR the WORST. The pizza is terrible and the customer service is even worse. They screwed up my order and the manager would not admit it he pretty much called me a liar. I wish I could give it zero stars. So if you want to feel like you're going to puke while eating and talking on the phone with that so called manager then this is the place for you. If you just want to eat pizza go literally anywhere else in Powell.
