Arby's - Powell

Arby's is great when prepared well...this location never gets it right. The buns I got last the last time I went where both burned (what are they doing? . It also seems that they aren't buying from the normal suppliers. Arby's corporate needs to step in because this location is killing their reputation.

Is this the Arby's next to Kroger on Powell rd? If so, I just wanted to say that I only come to this one, because they always make the best food! My husband loves the Turkey Ranch bacon sandwich, and Daryl and the girls in drive-thru always take good care of us! They are professional, fast, and the food is always perfect! Thank you!

This is the first bad review i have ever written in my life. Tbh, i spent months trying to give them grace, but I literally cannot anymore. They have been out of fried foods for WEEKS. How are you going to be an arby's, missing half of your menu? im sure it's not the employee's faults, but ****. Two weeks. I have also come by multiple times and they have just closed randomly, or there is no one there. I'm sure this is due to it being terribly understaffed, but damn. Someone needs to stage an intervention for this poor arby's. hopefully they get it together soon, but i will say, tread carefully when stopping by, because they either will be closed completely, or out of everything that makes arby's good.

They should just close this store permanently. I’d rather hand out ice water in hell than deal with the staff at this store.

This Arby’s is terrible. When I went with my wife they were out of curly fries. How does that happen? When I paid the cashier was extremely rude and waved me off when I tried to pay with a coupon. Coupon wasn’t difficult to use, it was just something I received in the mail recently. Never coming back here.
