My very first experience here and it was fantastic!!! I got cheese and jalapeño pupusa's and they were delicious, fried plantain and a few empanadas. The empanadas are delicious!! The sweet girl behind the counter was so friendly and helpful because the menu is in Spanish. She gave me ideas on what to eat and omg!!!I also had a fresh blackberry aqua fresca! First time trying Don Diego’s restaurant through DoorDash and It was okay. The cabbage salad they serve on the side for the Pupusas was very plain and no flavor. It tasted like cabbage and vinegar only. The pupusas overall they weren’t great nor bad. They came a bit raw I ordered cheese and loroco and chicarrón with cheese. Legitimately some of the best food i've ever had. the service was incredible, the environment is amazing, and i cannot recommend the food enough. i grew up near hiram and have no idea how i missed this place. a MUST!!!!!
