We were looking for a place to eat at around 4pm. My partner had fish soup first. He said it was delicious. Then we had the seafood platter. It had dressed crab, prawns, mussels, crayfish and clams(clams served in a bowl with a wine based sauce). What a find €40.

I had fish s... read more Absolutely fantastic seafood and perfect host. I went for lunch today at this restaurant and was so happy with the quality of food and the service. I had fish soup followed by the most delicious ‘fruits de mer’ and it was super. The perfect selection of shell fish prawns, shrimp, mussels, clams and loads of crab in different styles. Will certainly be a return customer.

I wandered down here to check it out and decided to stay. There’s no menu, just a big plate of seafood meant for two or more people. As I was only one, he let me get a pile of shrimp for five euros. The choices were barnacles, clams, or shrimp. I also ordered the fish soup. He showed me how to peel the shrimp (camarones de costa) but it was not easy for a city dweller like me. Absolutely worth the labor and incredibly tasty. The place is loud and local. He says that he also gets a lot of pilgrims from the Camino.

The beer never hits the bottom of the glass before they get you another one and it is so good! The owners and staff are super pleasant and nice, they make you feel very welcome! It's a great place to go with friends and family or with your partner and have a great time. I just feel it's a great experience overall and, of course, the food is excellent!
