The interior is lovely, though the exterior could use some updating. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience! Price per person: £10–20 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 View all feedback.
After a stroll along the waterfront, we stopped in for a quick latte and hot chocolate. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy, and the staff were friendly.
The service was fantastic and couldn't be better! My youngest ordered the tomato pasta from the children's menu, but when it arrived, it was a cream and arrabbiata sauce that was too spicy for her, so she happily exchanged her meal. There were beautiful gluten-free dishes with plenty of options. We started with crispy halloumi and chicken bites, which were freshly made and delicious! Unfortunately, they didn't have gluten-free pasta available, and some other dishes were also off the menu that day, which limited our choices. It's definitely worth a visit, but I recommend calling ahead if you need gluten-free options!
Tonight we visited the Bourne army while we are on holiday with our enkelin and are looking for somewhere to eat. after a nice walk over the beach we came to a very nice pub the bourne poor. the personal is wonderful and the eating was also fabulous. worth visiting. our enkelin said it was the best meal she had. what a hidden little jewel of an ortes roaring fire beautiful decoration and great mood and welcome what more they need. big chef by the way can't forget him! the bark meat and lamb was delicious the wells family
A beautiful pub well placed at the fylde coast at the knot end. a very good choice of ales, camps and ciders. I had a very nice pint of hobgoblin gold and my wife had a beautiful glass of rose blush. the personal was very nice and the Covid control excellent. we didn't eat, but it looked very nice. we will definitely come back.
The food was good and the venue is nice. However, we returned three weeks later for another meal. I ordered the chicken in peppercorn sauce, which had a good sauce but the chicken was overcooked. My dining companion chose the cheese and onion pie, but it was disappointing—there was little to no cheese flavor, and the filling tasted more like a poorly made béchamel sauce. I opted for the fish and chips, expecting fresh fish since I'm near Fleetwood, where it's popular. Unfortunately, the fish served was two identical pieces, indicative of frozen portions. The first time we visited, the meal was excellent, which is why we came back, but this time was a letdown. I’m not sure what has changed, but I won’t be returning.
