I talked to the manager because I had placed our order online and I was worried that I would not do it in time. she assured me that my order would only be processed there. once there, (in the car-dru line, because they couldn't show enough workers to open the dining room), I ripped right through the line to the last window because I had preordered and paid for our order. so much easier. eating was very good! What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
quality and service speed were good. I ordered a vanilla. frosty amd was said that only aromen were available chocolate and pfefferminze? no vanilla is unacceptable, that is a mcdonald’s stunt, which is why I go to wendy’s. so the 3 stars. peppermint? View all feedback.
Although we are not a big fast food eater when the impulse beats, it tends to be wendy’s. I wasn't there yet, so the menu for me is completely new. our picture: pecan chicken salad, double cheeseburger without twee, 2 10-pack nuggets and three big fries. the pommes were incredible. I don't remember that they taste so good: with the right season, crunchy and delicate hot piercing. fantastic. a few days ago I learned that wendy’s had recently changed the French frittier recipe. I'm glad. I prefer them to mcdonald’s, which is hit or measures to be the right temperature.
Staff ignored the line the whole time and manager was rude and no help. ordered online and the website was having issues she told me she had no control over that even though I had my receipt and paid. waited 20 mins for my order that I ordered ahead for.
Ordered a bourbon bacon burger and they gave me a regular burger with lettuce and tomatoes... top it off they gave me the burger with 2 bottom buns. Absolute worst!!I live almost a half hr away and shouldn't have to go back there, wasting more gas for an error so effectively so egregious as this... and forget about calling them to see if they would correct it because they won't answer.
Every time I go to Wendy's I always order the same thing a baconator. You want to know what makes the baconator the perfect sandwich? You don't need to order it without vegetables... It comes that way
Food is so awful here. They never change the oil.pda system been broke
