Was In control of everything and still made time to talk and be personal. Reminded me of Pink. Beautiful tough short haired blonde chick. Thisisn?t her last stop!! She is going places!!!!

Zoey was very attentive and a lot of fun, making sure our drinks were full and the table was cleared as we continuouslyordered more food as the night progressed. Eclectic mix of music where I liked all of the songs, and there was something foreveryone. Bar got busy as the Saturday night progressed but it was still manageable and not packed so as to make it difficult tonavigate or unpleasant. This was my first time, but I'll definitely be back.

My friend likes their fries, I didn't especially care for them but again nothing to complain about. I will saythe service was slow although we went on a Saturday night and the place was full. The prices were reasonable though. Nice patioto dine outdoors.

We started of with an... read more This is the second time I've been to Tavern 23 and the friendly hello from Zoe behind the bar made my wife and I feel welcome right away. We started of with an order of Buffalo Wings, of which were prepared to perfection. Our meals consisted of aperfectly cooked Bacon Cheddar Barbecue Burger and the Fisherman's Platter. It was nice to run into Jenn while we were there aswell. Above all, you will really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and their outdoor dining. Try this hidden gem in the city ofPoughkeepsie !!

Waiter never said anything to us. Was maybe 20 people in the restaurant, so I wasn?t sure what took so long. Anyway, oncethe food finally came out, it was very good and hot. I got the wings and my wife got the chicken Caesar wrap. We ordered my sonthe hot dogs and it was very good. Overall cool place but super slow.
