If you enjoy waiting at least 30 minutes longer than the time indicated in the app, then definitely visit this place. It consistently takes an extra 30 minutes to receive your coffee—I've experienced this on my last three visits, not just once. I used to frequent this restaurant at least three times a week, but I won’t be returning. The customer service is also incredibly unhelpful. View all feedback.
I just had a frustrating experience while picking up a mobile order. Even though my order was ready when I arrived at an empty drive-thru, I was told that I needed to place it 5-10 minutes in advance. I had actually placed it 6 minutes before arriving. I don’t understand why I was given that information when my order was literally ready as I pulled up. There was no greeting either; the staff member just jumped right into that comment and then had a smug look on her face as I drove away. I didn’t catch her name, but she was quite rude.
Absolutely disgusting! There is no concern for COVID safety whatsoever, and there seems to be no management in sight! They weren't calling out names for orders; instead, drinks were just left out for anyone to grab. When I finally found my drink, I realized it had been handled by several strangers. I asked for a new lid, but the employee gave me a confused look. To top it off, I later noticed that they made my drink incorrectly. I am completely finished with this location.
I love visiting Starbucks during the holiday season when they offer their Christmas blend coffee.
