I'm not sure why people are complaining about the prices; this is Panera, not McDonald's, so what do you expect? Overall, the service was excellent, the food was good, and I really enjoyed the teas and lemonade. The staff and manager were very nice. Honestly, it’s Panera, what more can you ask for?

Today, I waited at the register for about 10 minutes, and despite there being five employees present, no one acknowledged me until a line formed. Finally, someone slowly came over and said they could assist the next person. I understand the challenges of working in customer service, but this experience was quite frustrating.

Every staff member, from the person at the register taking orders to the manager and the gentleman preparing our meals, was friendly and inviting. It was genuinely a delight to be there. My family and I will certainly be back, and I highly recommend visiting the Panera on Route 44. The service absolutely deserves a perfect score of 110 out of 100. Great job, everyone!

It took 15 minutes to get two sandwiches, and they messed up my order. There were hardly any customers there! Wonderful management!
