Someone gradually over the pst 2-3 yrs it?s quality has gone down and they are charging more. Coffee has been frequentlycold, bagels are smaller and not good. They are not able to make any improvements, seems like their top administration areunaware or ignoring. I have found lots of other people have similar feelings.

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect 5-star rating for its quality and flavor. Even considering the low price range of $1 to $10 per person, the dishes exceeded my expectations. The service was quite good, receiving a solid 4 stars. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. As for the atmosphere, even though it was a takeout meal, you could tell that the restaurant had a warm and inviting vibe, deserving of a 5-star rating. It definitely sets a great tone for anyone dining in. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for breakfast takeout—great food, pleasant service, and a lovely atmosphere!

Unfortunately, they still didn't take me seriously. This disregard for customer service is unacceptable. If the manager had just offered an apology from the beginning, I might have been able to move past the incident. However, the neglect of health standards is genuinely alarming. I urge all customers to carefully check your food!
