In a position to manage their customers allowed me to wait 30 minutes to get my order. Two employees spent all the time on a customer, while other customers went on and off before they were supported.
I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this restaurant. My order was incorrect twice, the establishment was unclean, and the servers' uniforms were dirty. I would not have paid if I had not done so before receiving my meal.
The new owner has raised the prices, it now costs over $7 for a turkey and cheese sandwich that only comes with 1 slice of turkey and 1 egg. The eggs were also too dry.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich that was delivered to my office and the roll was stale. I phoned to get a credit and was told I had to bring the sandwich back for credit! Will never order from K&D again.
This restaurant is the worst, I can't believe they are still in business. The prices for food are ridiculously high and the bread is stale. The customer service is terrible, my dog is treated better. They even asked if I wanted my bread toasted, not realizing it was already stale. This place is a joke, I will never return. I ordered two sausages, cheese, a small coffee, and an orange juice, which came out to $5 for a sandwich.
