I had a wonderful experience at High Lounge. The atmosphere was lovely, and our host, Ty, was friendly and accommodating. I visited with two friends for Sunday brunch, and the menu offered a great variety of brunch options. I would definitely love to return. One suggestion would be to add bacon to the PB&J sandwich!
Jamar hosted an exceptional infusion brunch with drinks for S. Cromartie and L. Riley. The staff was highly professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
The food at High Lounge is excellent and reasonably priced, making it a spot I highly recommend. While the service and the ambiance could be improved, my overall experience was very positive.
The bouncers were friendly and the people inside seemed nice, plus the music was good. HOWEVER, it was extremely loud, and you had to shout just to have a conversation. A $25 cover charge felt ridiculous for that. The place was somewhat dirty and the bathrooms were unpleasant. We ordered a hookah for $43, which was outrageously overpriced, and they didn’t even let us choose the flavor. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn’t consider going back.
This is a nice establishment. I just wish they had a better selection of alcohol. I can't speak on their food personally but they have what looks like a menu you'd find at Kennedys hanging up that just looks so out of place. Nearly $14 for a burger w/fries. That's wild. The hooka they offer is fun and I enjoyed that. The bathroom is small, not very clean and smells. The lighting adds a nice vibe to the place but all your selfies are going to look like you're partying in hell because of the red lights ?
