A more practical place for Chinese takeout. the hotel is located on the main street in poughkeepsie, this is an ideal place for local Chinese food and is opened to suitable hours for ordering; either pick up or delivery. affordable prices, clean environment and friendly staff.

The worst service I have ever experienced. We ordered a variety of dishes and sides, and were shocked when they gave us a much higher bill than expected. When we questioned them, they said that was the price for cash payment. Despite our hunger, we decided to go ahead with the order. However, they failed to inform us that one of the items was unavailable and substituted it with something inedible for one of our group. When we called to complain, they initially agreed to replace the item, but later reneged on their promise. We requested a refund for the entire meal and asked to speak to a manager, but were told there was no one available. The staff member we spoke to was rude and hung up on us. They also used foul language when taking our order.

We placed an order for lunch delivery for our office. When the food finally arrived, the final price was different from what was listed on the menu. They would not honor our tax exemption and did not provide a receipt or explanation for the price discrepancy. Our order was missing an item and one of the meal times was incorrect. When we inquired about the missing item, we discovered that they had included something I was allergic to. Upon contacting them, they were unapologetic, refused to replace the meal or offer a refund. Their excuses for the errors kept changing and the customer service was terrible and rude. There was no manager available to speak to and the person on the phone even hung up on us. We will not be ordering from them again.
