I always tip but the one time i didnt have extra to tip he literally cursed me out in chinese language. I told him im sorry even though i dont have to apologize but even then he still cursed me out. I have been getting food from Great Wall for several years but they have lost a long time customer due to delivery driver.

Almost a half hour in the delivery guy called and told us that we needed to show give him the credit card that we ordered with and the id that matches the credit card to make sure that it matches the one that we gave him on the phone. We had ordered four meals and after an hour we called to see where the order was. They told us that the order was just being packed up and that is was on the way. So we waited outside for another 20 minutes, even though Apple maps says our house is only 4 minutes from their store by car. When the delivery man got here 10 minutes later his excuse for being late was that he had gotten pulled over and had gotten a ticket for speeding to get here. The food was then barely warm and flavorless. We will never order from here again.

They would... read more We placed an order for lunch delivery for our office. When the food finally arrived, the final price was different from what was listed on the menu. They would not honor our tax exemption and did not provide a receipt or explanation for the price discrepancy. Our order was missing an item and one of the meal times was incorrect. When we inquired about the missing item, we discovered that they had included something I was allergic to. Upon contacting them, they were unapologetic, refused to replace the meal or offer a refund. Their excuses for the errors kept changing and the customer service was terrible and rude. There was no manager available to speak to and the person on the phone even hung up on us. We will not be ordering from them again.

I called to complain about it and they insisted it was a bone. Also make sure you ask what the total of your purchase is before hanging up because the delivery guy tries to add more so it can go in his pocket. He did it twice to me.

When we asked why they stated that this was what the cash register. We were hungry and decided to go with it anyway. Then they didn't tell us they were out of something and arbitrarily sent something else that that person couldn't eat. We called and they said that was what we ordered. Finally they said they would replace if we came to get it. We couldn't do that. We asked for a refund for the meal. Again we would need to come get it. We asked for a manager. They don't have one. The guy Screamed and yelled at us, talked over us, and hung up on us. They take advantage if you order food to be delivered.
