This place was my go-to Chinese fix. (I believe I even reviewed this place previously. Although the new owner has given it a good scrubbing and a fresh coat of paint...the food is quite BAD or should I say BLAND. I am a huge fan of Ginger Chinese Restaurant! Their dishes remind me of the authentic Chinese takeout I used to get from the outer boroughs of NYC, like Brooklyn and the Bronx—always bursting with flavor and immensely satisfying. Ginger never disappoints. From their amazing spring rolls (served with hot oil on the side) to the tasty moo shu vegetables, everything is fantastic. The staff is friendly, and if I could, I would hire their chefs to cook for me personally without a second thought. Don’t forget to finish your meal with their delightful almond cookies; they have the perfect crunch and just the right amount of sweetness.
