Bryan and Selburn assisted me while I was picking up munchkins and hot chocolate for a sleigh riding playdate, but unfortunately, the hot chocolate machine was out of order. They quickly worked to find an alternative solution and provided excellent customer service! Thank you so much; the kids had a wonderful time that day!

Trust me, I have two of the most knowledgeable Dunkin' frozen coffee enthusiasts in the Northeast at home—my wife and daughter. Their donuts are always fresh, and they typically have a great variety available even late at night.

I went there for a hot chocolate and a coffee. The hot chocolate I ordered for my son tasted spoiled, and my coffee had a terrible flavor, like dirty water. It felt like they hadn't changed the coffee beans in a long time, as if they were reusing them. I also saw a worker drinking from a cup and trying to hide it while licking their fingers, which was really off-putting.
