I understand making drinks is difficult as I used to... read more It was my first time coming here on Jan 23 2025 and I’m appalled at how some of the staff talk and behave. I understand making drinks is difficult as I used to work for Dunkin back in 2017-2023 but still knew that there was a time and place for specific behaviors. Callouts like “stop making drinks!” Or “this is bullshit!” are unacceptable. I am also surprised with how low they serve the coffee, not even up to the trained fill line. And the way the staff talk to their leaders is just not okay.
