The man behind the counter was busy on the phone and after we had been waiting for a while finally looked our way and said it would be a while before we could get service. We were the only people in the store. We walked out. You can have the best product but without good customer service what is the point. Next time we go to DQ.

After a few minutes he... read more My wife went in to purchase a cake for our sons birthday, the man behind the counter was on the phone and did a great job of ignoring us. After a few minutes he finally acknowledged us and said it would be a while before we would get served, I wouldlike to point out we were the only people in the store. He seemed shocked when we said we were leaving. Walked out with ourcake, you may have a great product but customer service is everything. Will be a long time if ever before I go back.
