Carvel - Poughkeepsie

I'm out of town, they don't have carvel, but when I come here, I always come here! I love her soft servier with sprinkles. good quality ice cream. service was also good. we went on Wednesday, it was buy, a Sunday get a free. partitur!

My wife went in to purchase a cake for our sons birthday, the man behind the counter was on the phone and did a great job of ignoring us. After a few minutes he finally acknowledged us and said it would be a while before we would get served, I would like to point out we were the only people in the store. He seemed shocked when we said we were leaving. Walked out with our cake, you may have a great product but customer service is everything. Will be a long time if ever before I go back.

I loved this place as a kid and still love it as an adult. Service is excellent and everything is delicious.

We went for ice-cream today and left empty handed. The man behind the counter was busy on the phone and after we had been waiting for a while finally looked our way and said it would be a while before we could get service. We were the only people in the store. We walked out. You can have the best product but without good customer service what is the point. Next time we go to DQ.

Carvel is great delicious always a new flavors to try and the staff there is excellent very clean environment workers are pleasant and very helpful
