We love our dunkin in location near KFC. Always on point! Hamburg isn't the greatest. Customer service there is terrible and food is always cold!!Parking: Parking isn't the best at this location. Just use drive thru but either wait 4ever or just drive thru, no in between! ?Kid-friendliness: What donut place isn't kid friendly!? ?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have wheel chair accessibility! What Ed Jenkins doesn't like about Dunkin':
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes for a gift card while 5 employees glanced at me but no one seemed to want to ask me what I wanted. I was the only customer in the place. View all feedback.
Parking at this restaurant has always been convenient, with ample space available on flat ground. In terms of kid-friendliness, while there are no specific signs indicating children are welcome, there are plenty of menu options catering to young diners. As for wheelchair accessibility, the parking lot and entrance are both flat and easy to navigate. However, the doors do not open automatically, which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues or who are carrying items.
The donuts and coffee were delicious, the interior was clean and modern, the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
Only have one machine to order and if your not use to it it's confusing ?
I go to Dunkin everyday in the morning. The staff where I go in Pottsville over at West end Pottsville. They are all super friendly!Parking: Parking is in the frontKid-friendliness: They have a wide variety of finger foodsWheelchair accessibility: They usually have 2-e entrances
No cash here. Order inside on screen only. Can't even look at donuts while ordering inside. I am now avoiding this location. Donuts and coffee are fine. The experience.. I hate. Drive thru was not available. Locals in 3 separate towns in area had unfavorable comments on owner too. (Really odd, I did not ask.. just mentioned I stopped at DD) They said it is now a stop of last resort. Inside is nice. Also.. the dough in the cake donuts was unusually pasty, not sure if this is trend or not. The employees were all pleasant and nice, but don't expect any interaction, I think this owner is going for absolute machine efficiency... Zero contact between customer and workers. My dollars go elsewhere now when I am in that town. Have 2 stars because the two people I forced interaction with were nice, otherwise it would have been one star. Service was four stars.. for getting me the coffee and donuts reasonably quick.(although there were zero other people there).
