People?s experiences will always vary at fast food chains?that?s just the nature of the business. I?ve never had an issue at this location. My orders are always correct and tasty. Occasionally, they put too much sugar in my iced coffee but no biggie. I will admit that I don?t frequent Dunkin much, so I?m basing my opinion solely on rare visits. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
? Too bad about this DD location. The staff explained that the service is open within the meter for truck drivers and each other has to thru. During work (and in my FedEx uniform) went to the counter to order. You said you were good, your FedEx .. Place is remodeling staff confused Cash counter closed pick up only open inside. Had to go through drive in to find out hardly any donuts sandwiches we wanted sold out. Ordered coffee with a couple of ice cubes ended up with iced coffee after waiting 15minutes in line. Didn't pay for it. Just left discusted Stay away until remodeling is done Never had a problem with anydunkin But this one should close until finished. Plus the way to get to drive was confusing with all the entrances closed withsaw horses
Super long wait time with only 4 employees there..... after waiting more then 10 minutes for a drink, it was conpletely wrong.
We often stop when we along this route of 901. Service is good and I like that the coffee is actually *hot* compared to other DnD's that I am at (I like my hot coffee, at least to be hot! .
So today we went to dunkin, to which I was extremely disappointed when I received my order, at first I thought that I spoke to quietly about the whipped cream but as you can clearly see it says that I ordered it and paid extra for extra whipped cream and never received any, not to mention it was WAY to sugary.
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The staff mentioned that service is limited to truck drivers within a certain area, but I, in my FedEx uniform, went up to the counter to place an order. After I ordered, they informed me that I shouldn’t return because my FedEx truck is a medium size, not one of the larger models. It was quite embarrassing to be told that in front of other customers who were picking up their app orders. As a FedEx driver, I'm truly ashamed of the manager for making such a statement. We work long hours, and I only had a couple of minutes to grab a coffee. If this is how I’m treated, then I won’t be coming back.
