Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pottstown

This place was hit or missed for the past year, often miss. Today I waited for 20 minutes on the line. No one, so I moved to the window and the lady said go in. As soon as I get in, several customers wait inside. The manager or whoever comes in and says everyone has to go through the drive. to close the interior again. I tell him the lady told me to come in and he didn't care. So the whole customer just left. This Popeyes has to rent some better ppl or train better

100% of the time they forget about my mobile order. The last straw was when I sent my husband to make the pickup and HALF the article was omitted! Then half of what we received was disgusting, as if it sat in the oil too long and room temperature best. It was worth $47 food and I in my dispute over the app and they offer me $10 points. NOPE! They give me a full refund and I will never return to this place!!!

Awful customer service. They 're sluggish, rude, and Irrational. One time at the drive thru, we were trying to order food and during the order, they kept switching which led to confusion, slow pace, and a missed order that they 'd caused. They then blame us for holding up the line when it 's them for not doing the order properly due to their constant switching. Also the workers don 't take their job seriously where they would dance and mess around. The food was good but If you want Popeyes with great customer service, dont go to this place until they are properly trained and polite. Horrible experience....

The last 4 times i visited this location, they forgot at least 1 item in each order. Sometimes multiple items are missing or are wrong. You need to check your bags before leaving. Most of the time they make you pull around front, wait 15 minutes and still forget items. Not worth pulling back in line to wait another 15 minutes to receive your full order... Hence why I come here once every other month.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The one with the rainbow mask that works tonight was very patient with my questions, and very kind when I changed my opinion about my drink. There was another one who was very attentive and had my cherry coke ready before I was ordered. (I didn't find her name.
