Was Stephanie Schrader at Oori a mag?
There is a lot to say about this restaurant. The atmosphere is well-decorated and was to my liking. The open design of the dining room struck a good balance, not too loud. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, from the waitress to the manager. The food had great flavor, quality, and presentation. The prices were reasonable. It serves American-styled Korean food, which caught me a bit off guard, but the... View all feedback.

What Bo Kim dislikes about Oori:
This was the worst meal I've ever had. The wings were not Korean style - they were dry and somehow undercooked at the same time. We ordered the "dry" gochugaru flavor, but it was just dry flakes thrown on top of very dry wings. The tofu was soaked in soy sauce, and even the rice was overly sticky. It's a shame. We've given this restaurant 4 chances in the hopes that it would improve, but it seems like they're consist... View all feedback.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience! The waiter manager was friendly and attentive. We made a reservation online as we were not sure if walk-ins were allowed. We ordered the shredded pork bao bun, juicy Korean fried chicken with ten different flavors to choose from, tonkotsu ramen with tasty pork belly (although it could have been more tender), and spicy fried chicken ramen with crispy skin and tender meat in a warming mix of gochujang and miso broth. They even provided moist towelettes to clean off the sticky sauces from our hands. We dined in and enjoyed the ambiance, but also noticed the welcoming front awning and patio with recessed lighting and music playing from indoors. There were also tables with umbrellas for those who prefer more sunshine. We will definitely be coming back soon for either dine-in or takeout!

As a Korean who loves Korean food, I suggest saving your money and not dining here.

Worst meal ever. The wings are NOT Korean style, they are dry yet somehow undercooked at the same time. We ordered “dry” gochugaru flavor, and it was just the dry flakes thrown on top of very dry wings. The tofu was saturated in soy sauce asseasoning and even the rice was overly glutinous. What a shame. We’ve gone back 4 times now in hopes it would get better andthey were just having an off night, but no more. I am a Korean who loves Korean food save your money on this one.

Ok there is alot to say about this place. -Atmosphere: They nailed decorating. Everyone likes something different in atmosphere, but this was my cup of tea. While it’s an open design, the dining room is not big enough to be too loud, and thatis a hard balance to find. -Staff: Man alive, they couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. And it wasn’t justour waitress, her fellow employees and manager matched her energy and brightness. 10/10 on wait staff. -Food: Flavor was great, quality was good, and the presentation was amazing. This may have been personal, but I liked the look of our plates. Defiantlynot food from a bag, and if it is, aces on making it not taste that way. -Price: Not bad at all. I honestly think their pricesare pretty reasonable. *What I Wished I knew* -Food: It’s American styled Korean Food, in my opinion. And while thatdidn’t ruin it for me I felt under prepared for that. More than once I found my self imagining the sauces or seasonings wereon American food, and not what it would taste best on (if that makes sense). *No stars off. Food was still good* -Space:It’s SMALL. This restaurant it tiny, and I imagine when there’s a rush that’s not fun. But now you know, and can planaccordingly. *you get the building you get. No stars off*
