After a long time I ordered again. The last two times I was dissatisfied, but I wanted to give the service another chance. After about 1.5 hours the food arrive... read more After a long time I ordered again. The last two times I was dissatisfied, but I wanted to give the service another chance. After about 1.5 hours the food arrived, as expected, just before it got cold. I didn't accept it. I then got a call saying that I should still take it and that I would be charged 5 euros less that was out of the question for me because I don't accept cold food and don't want to pay for it. I was then immediately informed that I would be blocked. That's not a bad thing for me since it was my last order. Other providers probably have better service. And because I was treated so negatively on the phone, I'm of course making it obvious here. P.S Unfortunately I can't answer that, so again: It's nonsense to think that someone eats cold food. The delivery time was stated as around 60 minutes, not 1.5 hours. If that doesn't work, you can return the food, that's no problem. Also, the restaurant should really work on its friendliness; the other reviews are similar. If you don't learn from such experiences, you will lose customers. And you are welcome to take legal action and we would see who is right
