After initially believing I had received the wrong pizza, I discovered I was mistaken and received the correct order. However, I found a hair on my pizza, which I immediately reported to the delivery person. Unfortunately, for failing to address my concerns, I was accused of denial and blacklisted without further review of my complaint. Additionally, the customer service was extremely unfriendly and I even felt like I was being yelled at during the conversation. It is unacceptable to treat customers in this way, especially when they raise legitimate concerns. The unprofessional response to my complaint and lack of respect for customers make it impossible for me to ever order from you again.
