Unfortunately, the overall... read more Beautiful location, but unfortunately very unfriendly service. The location is truly beautiful, and everything about it is inviting. Unfortunately, the overall impression is severely marred by the service. Even if it's self-service, a minimum level of friendliness should be a given. When we complained (e.g., about missing change), the staff reacted very unprofessionally and rudely – the money was practically thrown at us rather than handed over properly. This kind of behavior speaks volumes and, frankly, makes me not want to spend any more money there. It's a shame, because the location has so much more potential.

Friendly service. Good menu with great food. The staff is always friendly! If you're friendly to them, that is. Unfortunately, guests often misbehave and then get the appropriate response. There are always guests who can't behave. Glasses are simply left unattended. Tables in the beer garden aren't cleared. Reservation cards are ignored. And serving ketchup and mustard seems like an impossible task for many. Do you guys work there day in and day out and still manage to stay cheerful? The customer is king, yes, but they should also behave appropriately. Great today, just like always! But the beer tastes different lately. Unfortunately, not as good anymore. The Midsummer and Lüderjan beers aren't as robust. Unfortunately. The new Altbier isn't really to my taste either. You can find that everywhere these days; where are the ales? Recently, they had a spring lager. That was absolutely fantastic. Very fruity, slightly tart, just my kind of thing. I'm curious to see what 2026 will bring.
