I always go here for smoothie bowls. They are delicious refreshing and made with their in house pea milk! They also use reusable to-go containers and are very low waste. Great breakfast or lunch spot for the whole family. View all feedback.

they enjoy a series of delicious items: Pitaya-banana smoothie bowl, buffalo tofu wrap around, veggie omelette, tofu scramble, and 2 salads. everything was delicious (especially the omelette and the slide of the local brotes, but the Tofu Scrambble was more dry than I would have liked. it was too salty and had too much curcuma. the package was small and the salads were huge. the personal was friendly. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but I would definitely come back to eat at this restaurant again. The food was delicious.
Vegetarian options: All dishes are vegan. Kid-friendliness: The bright interior is very kid-friendly.
Our class of 1973 from Potsdam required gluten-free vegetarian options for a few people at our 50th reunion. We were unsure of what to do, but Lynzie stepped in and offered to prepare and deliver meals to us even after the shop had closed. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs, and to be honest, the food was so delicious that the rest of us wished we had ordered from her as well. As a meat eater, I was impressed and will definitely eat here again next time I'm in town. Lynzie provided us with exceptional North Country service, and we are very grateful.
This is a great find. We will be back. Can't wait to try more things on there menu. The smoothie bowls are incredible.
Love love love the smoothie bowls!! Ingredients taste fresh and delicious! Only place in Potsdam I can get good healthy nourishment.
