La Trufa Negra - Potosi

I wish I'd read some reviews before. I wanted to share a good ameno and quality environment with my family, as I find myself visiting. The food, I understood by the place and the prices, would be agreed to the same. Nothing further from reality. A simple soup, insipid, frost, the coldest meat. The rest of the dishes we ask for the truth of very low quality for the costs of the same. We had to order covers, salt, dressings and even napkins, so customer service refers to, they need a lot of training. I don't come back anymore and I'm clearly not going to recommend it.

The food was nicely prepared and well cooked. The three local menus we ordered were better in my opinion than in other places, which is why I cannot fully understand the negative reviews. People with a sensitive stomach can also eat without concern. The restaurant is a bit higher than other kitchens, which is absolutely justified with the appearance and quality. The device is loaded and kept clean. The sanitary facilities are also very satisfactory. The service staff was attentive and friendly. I would have liked a small offer of liquor for after dinner, which could be improved. I hope to visit this restaurant next time in the same quality or even better.

It doesn't have good ventilation, one can get intoxicated with carbon monoxide from the fireplace, that happened to me and my friends, the attendants didn't help us, I don't recommend it, or an apology for not having good ventilation and ruining a much-awaited meeting of friends. One can die and no one moves a finger, I don't recommend it and food is not the big deal. That place is a life attack!

Nice restaurant, nice to hang out. No special food, nothing that can cause a fantasy in the palate. Kind service The salad area or tickets to the dry main dish, without dressings.
