_ In the week I call to book a table in the second evening for 15 people, obviously with consummation, I was told that the SATURDAY DO NOT BOOK and invited me to introduce myself with friends and in case there was room we will have entered. I introduce myself on Saturday night at 22:30,local half empty and I ask for the table, the staff who welcomed me told me that it was mandatory to consume and that you had to pay 2€ of covered. I accepted and the attendant after long consultation with the owner told me it was not possible as the tables were BOOKS. _ Fortunately, there are other locals who know how to deal with customers. Bad service, despite we paid 2 euro covered. The waitress complained after asking for three glasses of water, telling the boys... up and down the water. Blend is one of the meeting points for me and my friends and honestly the food is good and quality, but the service is really disappointing. It has been established that after 11pm, the cover charge is paid €2 per person. With all due respect, but with a 2 euro cover charge I prefer to go to a pizzeria with a starter, pizza and dessert (drinks included) rather than spend it having bought a croissant and sat at the tables. I personally discussed with the barmen and I was also deeply sorry because I know that the choice is not theirs but that of the owner. Referring to the latter, I would like to warn you that at this rate, the bar will have very few customers and the results will speak for themselves, I hope for you and for all the staff that changes will be made in this regard, and I strongly advise you to take our reviews negative as constructive criticism capable of helping you improve your business, without the need to respond in kind to any negative review given to you.
