Varsity Cafe - Potchefstroom

Fast lunch at low price and a little of everything you require for mid-week groceries. It's rare that the actual product makes your mouth water like the foto on the advertisement does, but here it's the norm.

I usually order via the phone and i must say most of the time they have terrible phone etiquette. same thing happened today. When I received my order (chicken strips and chips) i was very surprised to see that i received mayo with a small side portion of super dry chicken strips (the chips were fine). very disappointing

Good stuff... only problem is they take a while to make your food...but it is definitely worth the wait because the food is always fresh and warm. It's a good place to get a lunch snack or late night dinner...because they are open very late.

I ordered a wrap (sweet chilly chicken and feta) and usually it takes 30-35 minutes for my food to be done. I waited an Hour for my food they didn't even have my order in to make the food. When I received the wrap, the chicken was so dry and it had NO sauce in it.

A cute little one stop café that has both basic groceries and a selection of some of the most affordable and tasty food in potch. Would definitely recommend.
