The service here is excellent, and they offer a delightful selection of cakes. There are plenty of options to choose from when dining in. This tea garden serves delicious food and drinks, making it an ideal spot to unwind. It's a great place to share a lovely piece of cake with friends.

The Pienk Huis is quite cozy, and they were really busy during our visit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was divine, and we had a lovely morning there. However, since the restaurant was crowded, there was no parking available on-site, so we had to park on the pavement outside. It’s definitely worth a visit!

I believe they should focus solely on serving cakes and beverages. In December 2019, we held a surprise party for my cousin, and while the cake was lovely, the food was inadequate and quite poor. The cleanliness of the place was disappointing, and there were dogs roaming around, even in the kitchen. Additionally, I was let down by the manager's attitude; she was unable to calmly address the issue of insufficient food. I wouldn't recommend this venue for parties.

I reached out to the woman this morning to inquire about cake prices and various party food options for my upcoming birthday, but she left me on "read." When I followed up to ask why she was ignoring me and if she could help, her response was dismissive; she said, "with that attitude, no, I won't help you." I had to go over the conversation several times to reassure myself that I wasn’t overreacting and that she was the one displaying poor business ethics. I shared the exchange with my friends, and they were equally appalled by how I was treated as a potential customer. Two of them had planned to take their boyfriends there for cake dates, but now they have decided to cancel. I don't think she realizes how damaging poor treatment of customers can be for her business.
