What a wonderful first experience we've had in Thassos and at Ipsario Garden Hotel! We finally made it here after 3 years of delaying our booking (Covid) and it's was definitely worth the wait. We didn't get to sample the infamous cooking by Sofia, but Glenn's friendliness made our stay very enjoyable. The food, the olive trees by the pool, the coffe, the hospitality, the rooms, the view, the garden, the bar, the beaches, the pottery ... We loved it!
We had a fantastic time at Ipsario. Relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and very welcoming hosts. Can't wait to go back again someday.
