The food, the olive trees by the pool, the coffe, the hospitality, the rooms, the view, the garden, the bar, the beaches, the pottery ... We loved it!
We had a fantastic time at Ipsario. Relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and very welcoming hosts. Can't wait to go back again someday.

In June 2015 we visited Ipsario Garden Hotel and stayed there for a week with my wife and our 11 months old son. As this was the first time to visit the hotel and first time for our son to make substantial change of the environment, we did a good research. We spent one great week in the hotel, breakfast was very good, but what was greater were those lovely dishes of seafood, octopus, cipura, lavraki, etc.; salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini coming straight from the garden. Sofia was doing her magic in the kitchen and was providing us with delicious dishes during our stay there. Rooms are very very clean and we pay great attention to this. Thank you very much, guys. We will be back soon.
