Usually wellness bar is a very tasty but expensive splurge for me that i am always happy with. I got my acai bowl this morning after paying $13.50 for it and it was about 3/4 full. I know the economy is rough right now and all businesses are cutting corners but to pay almost $15 and not even get the full amount is frustrating. Probably won't be back for a while:

Normally, Wellness Bar is a delicious but pricey treat that I look forward to. However, this morning when I got my acai bowl for $13.50, it was only about three-quarters full. I understand that the economy is tough right now and many businesses are trying to save costs, but paying nearly $15 and not receiving a full serving is frustrating. I probably won’t be returning for a while.

I wish I would have gotten her name, but she was brunette and wearing a baseball cap.I?ve never felt more welcomed at this location specifically

The staff member at the window ap... read more The quality of the food has noticeably declined. I also share the same concerns as other reviewers about the customer service. The staff member at the window appeared irritated and handed me a printed paper on a clipboard that didn't have a spot for a signature—just a place for a tip. Furthermore, all the fruit was frozen, and the bowl ended up being watery. It’s disappointing because this place used to be excellent, and I was a regular customer.

The staff seldom smiles, and today, the girl who took my order didn't even look me in the eye. It felt as if my order was a bother for her, which was quite unusual. Nevertheless, the smoothies are fantastic, and the loaded avocado waffle is delicious!
