Very discreet. only fabulous cursed from the hot day . . should bring the whole family or the woman next time to the jubilee with the whirlpool. the room heard his great. be perfect. many thanks for the helpful staff to make our stay very relaxing. perfect day trip.

This was supposed to be a premium river view room. While the intention was promising, the filthy window significantly detracted from the experience. The bed was comfortable, but the room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. Additionally, we had a constant leak in the bathroom, and when we reported it, we were simply told to let it run. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations. I recommend looking for another property to avoid disappointment.

We had a great time. location was phenomenal. the personal was a bit. maybe revised. lol they were a little less than excited to be there. but I took up everything I wanted. the whole experience was great. very recommended for a family holiday. the rooms are a little tired, but it is an old hotel chain, so, for the price that was very affordable, it was nothing else than smile from this family.

This was my second visit to the restaurant, and I have to say, the hot tub is absolutely fantastic! It was deep enough to reach our chests, which was wonderful, and we were allowed to bring our drinks into the hot tub, making it even better. However, I was disappointed with room service. I tried to contact several departments but couldn't reach anyone until nearly 9 PM. I eventually had to walk to the front desk for assistance. I had also requested some accommodations that were not met, despite having booked my stay back in February for a visit in June. On a positive note, the view of the river is truly beautiful, so I definitely recommend choosing a room on the river side.

The entire experience at this hotel was magical due to Maddie who worked the front desk other staff encountered including one of the owners wasn't nearly as friendly but could have been a bad day for them . While we understand that every hotel is short staff right now, she went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. There were some hiccups with breakfast not being available due to staffing issues and a few other small housekeeping items but I believe we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful views, Close to everything, and just a short driving distance to many trails and parks. I would definitely give Maddie 5 stars. As far as the overall hotel.... I'd say 3.5 stars and the buffet breakfast would get a 1 star as it mostly did the job it was supposed to and fed the kids.
