Hard to believe this is hotel food. We had a Brie burger with bacon jam. (I forget the name of it) It. Was. So. Good!! Stellar.2. The staff is great. The chef, Gabriel, is super friendly, and likes to use local grown ingredients. I learned about some local mushrooms, and as a forager myself, was curious to taste these beauties. He brought out a whole section of them for me to take and prepare for family that lives nearby. I also got to know one of the servers, Jena. Very friendly and with a contagious smile.3. The atmosphere is welcoming. The overlook of the river from the deck is magical. I would not stay (or eat) anywhere else when in Post Falls!

Towels... read more Terrible hotel, very overpriced for what you get. Stayed here with a group and everyone was dissatisfied. River view is trees, rooms are old and shabby. Towels are threadbare, amenities were small and had to ask for a bar of soap for the bathtub. They make you think breakfast is included, even when you check in they don’t tell you it’s an extra cost. You don’t find out it’s an extra $13 per person until you go to eat. No coffee pots in room and coffee in lobby was out of order. No housekeeping unless you request it and that’s after 3 days. Would never stay here again.

Except the room smelled disgusting and there was hair... read more My mother almost fell off the toilet because it wasn’t bolted down, they moved us rooms, which was great. Except the room smelled disgusting and there was hair all over the bathroom! We asked for a refund and the lady at the front desk said we had to call the company we booked it with to get start the refund process started. She said she would approved it when they called. She didn’t not approved it when the company called her.

Chill environment; and omgodness: !!!!!!!!!!!!!! The food was so on point! I just gona say their chicken Alfredo is so fire: and the steak also was so bomb even tho I only got a few bits…lol; but my other half don’t want the veggies and I loved those too!!!! So all together I’d say a WIN: and thank u Jenna !!!
