After settling the bill, I called to speak with Steve because I didn’t want to create any tension in front of my children. While he was polite, it felt like he was only offering empty reassurances. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the owners, as I believe they will want to address these issues. I’ve always advised my managers to collect customer information as a sign of genuine care, yet he never asked for my name or phone number, which further indicated a lack of concern.
Spragues is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is absolutely incredible, and the service is both great and friendly. Whenever we have the budget, we make it a point to celebrate our anniversary there. If you enjoy cookies and unique flavors, you'll definitely love their sausage gravy and cookies with domestic fruits!
We didn’t receive any drink refills, our dirty dishes were left untouched, and there were no napkins offered. The lack of personality and friendliness was the most disappointing aspect. When it came time for dessert, she didn’t present any options, and when we inquired, she seemed irritated and asked if we even wanted it.
