Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant offers a mixed experience according to customer reviews. While some enjoy the atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service, others are disappointed by the service level, lack of certain drinks, and loud music. Beautiful views from the terrace overlooking Gun-Wharf are highlighted, but some mention issues with smoking in that area. The decor and photo booth downstairs are deemed "insta worthy" and the drinks are good, even though some customers are discouraged from trying the food based on other reviews. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential for a nice dining experience, especially for drinks or brunch, but there are some inconsistencies in service and ambiance that might need improvement.
Great place, location and food although a bit chaotic as ran out of some food. Being busy came as a surprise!
It was an unusual place for lunch to be honest, but the food was really good. Its basically a bar and I would guess a nightclub in the evening, but I had my 2 year old son with me, and it was nice.
We booked a table for 15 people at 2.30 in the afternoon and they were able to accommodate us easily. it was very good to find somewhere that could take a large group at one table. The staff were very nice and welcoming but the service suffered as the staffing level was minimal. The food was acceptable, nothing more. We were surprised that they had 'run out of ' sparkling water and Coca Cola... very odd. The view is absolutely super they have a large terrace overlooking Gun wharf, with lots of chairs as it was a lovely day, it was extremely attractive. However, it suffers from being the 'smoking area '. The room inside is pleasant, with high ceilings and very large windows. The 'muzak ' was a ghastly generic/covers track obviously cheap versions of hit songs but 'imitation ' singers quite horrid and too loud. My feeling is that it suffers from being a 'night place/bar ' that does not adapt to the day very well. All in all, disappointing.
Visited Tiger Tiger at Portsmouth for the first time. Balcony seat excellent in glorious sunshine. Waiters were very friendly and helpful.
