The Wonderful Eat Chinese Takeaway

The best Chinese restaurant to unwind after work during the lockdown and even after a fire is Patrick's. He's open once again and I have never been disappointed. Please support this loyal chef as there is always more than meets the eye. You won't regret dining at Patrick's.

The dining experience at this restaurant was quite pleasant. To be honest, it was wonderful. However, we encountered a problem with a delivery a few weeks ago. When we complained, we were met with rudeness from an employee. As a result, we chose not to return. However, the owner personally reached out to us with a handwritten letter of apology delivered to our door. We decided to give them another chance, and the owner spoke to my wife personally, reiterating their apology. The food was once again excellent, and we hope that it wasn't just in response to our complaint.

We visited this restaurant in London and had a wonderful experience. The owner was busy but still managed to be friendly and polite. I noticed a jade plant on the floor and asked if I could take a leaf to grow my own. The owner not only allowed me to take one, but also took a few more for me. It was a beautiful gesture that really impressed me. I would definitely go back again. The owner even remembered the usual order of one of the regular customers by name, which was very impressive. Overall, the customer service was excellent.
