a great experience. the service was very well provided by a young waitress who was very friendly and friendly. eating was actually brilliant for the taste and the price for the part. £10.95 for a proper roasting. the drink price was standard for a restaurant in port solent. who is looking for a good Sunday roast, I would recommend here. good work. great environment, beautiful atmosphere. good service of waitress and nice eating! surprisingly lively music with many drunk women at the train! made for very funny watching! disappointed that the manager did not accept our loyalty card for a free bottle wine that they had stopped doing it would have accepted it from good will. hate to hold jobs in the worth of manager like him and he would actually get me from the r... We dined on a peaceful Wednesday evening and received excellent service (thanks Dave). We ordered the schnitzel, which was superb, and a glass of Malbec, which was also great. The prices are comparable to those of a good pub, but this restaurant is well-organized and located in a first-class venue, making it a good value. I would definitely recommend it.

The food was good and we plan to return to try more dishes. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a small problem with our drinks, but they promptly replaced the bottle of wine with a smile and excellent service.
Was not made to feel welcome with a young child. Asked for a highchair on booking and whilst ordering and one was only produced after staff chastised me for my toddler running loose. Even though after several asks no chair was provided for me to prevent this in the first place. So embarrassing for me when I was already extremely stressed. Live music was good however really odd to have it over Sunday lunchtime this really needs to be advertised better no conversation could be had over the music during dinner. Food was average at best. Childrens choices abysmal however judging by my welcome I presume that's because they don't want children coming. Pineapple upside down cake was horrible really stodgy and solid not enough pineapple and too much glacé cherries. Not much choice on the wine list but decent cocktails albeit overpriced. All and all a disappointing outing I would not return.
Dreadful customer service. We had to wait over 50 mins for our food and we were the only people dinning ! To be fair when our food finally arrived it was nice. At no point whilst eating were we asked if everything was ok. We finished our meal and waited for our plates to be taken or be asked if we wanted desert or our bill no one came. My wife went to the bar and ask for to pay the bill, whilst paying the bill she noticed a flyer advertising 2 course for £12, she ask why we hadn 't be told about the deal when ordering ? The guy replied ' I forgot ' !!!! She then commented that the complementary WiFi wasn 't working, his rely was ' mine does ' !!!. To the the slim guy with glasses who represents The Watermark you customer service skills are shocking and your attitude stinks !
