After a hockey game, we chose The Pelham Arms as our post-match venue. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there was plenty of space for the 30 of us who played. The garden was unkempt with litter scattered everywhere and was never cleaned, even when not busy. Inadequate staff led to slow service, causing us to leave before our third order arrived and cancel it. Two glasses were broken by customers, one deliberately, without any staff intervention.
