This cozy, quirky coffee shop has made me an excellent impression as my first time tried. I'm so glad we tried. we were greeted with a warm, friendly reception. my friend ordered two drinks that were very quickly brought to our table. my latte was delicious. I heard another customer asked for milk that was not a problem for those who prefer a milk alternative. I look forward to the return to try some of the tasty looking cake and maybe bring my dog, how to read other reviews I have learned that they are dog friendly. Thanks for providing a nice place for a coffee and a pick-up service.
4 of us called in at lunchtime for a cuppa and sandwich. Warm welcome, excellent service, good food. Shame we live 50 miles away as this must be a great local. Well worth a visit.
Wow what a great find this place was!Popped in on the recommendation of Parker’s Pets across the road. This quaint little place was friendly, welcoming and delivers a really efficient service. They served fabulous coffee and fantastic food. I had the open chilli brioche gourmet sausage dish. It didn’t disappoint on all levels, cost, presentation, portion size and taste. Quite honestly I’ve not had anything like it before. Totally unique made with top quality produce and amazing spiced flavours. This place is a gem of a find and I’ll definitely be frequenting here again and again.
After a very busy and challenging morning with my 2-month-old, I stumbled upon the Hertfordshire cafe. The owner saw that I was in need of a break and graciously invited me in 10 minutes before opening time. They seated me and offered to assist with my little one, providing exceptional service that helped me unwind. Their smoothies and ginger cake were delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming and I highly recommend this beautiful cafe.
I got to a full coffee shop (it was a lunch-time near Christmas) gagging for a coffee and there was no seat. I said I would wait for one, but the proprieter found me a comfy chair and introduced me to the lady I would be sitting near. She was very welcoming. I got my kindle out and read it for an hour or so. The proprieter is very cheerful and friendly and will give a chat if you want one. He says his favourite cake is the salted caramel and it does look amazing just like all the other cakes but I have not tried one yet. They are hand made and the blueberry one looks good too.Dogs and cats are welcome and if you take them in he will take a photo of it and ask its name, then put the photo in the gallery. I am going again, I like comfy seats!
